Terms and Conditions

You must be at least 16 years of age to use the App. By using the App, you represent that you meet this age requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

To use the App, you must create an account using Apple Sign-In or Google Sign-In. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

Rehearsy is an AI-powered mock interview practice application. The App provides:

• AI-generated behavioral interview questions and follow-up questions
• Voice-based interview practice sessions
• AI-generated feedback using the STAR method (Situation, Task, Action, Result)
• Speech analytics including pace and filler word tracking
• Progress tracking across interview sessions
• Curated interview question packs for specific companies and roles

Free Plan. All users may access the App with limited features, including 1 free interview per week and access to select interview packs (Behavioral Essentials, Amazon Leadership Principles, and System Design Behavioral).

Rehearsy Pro. A paid subscription that unlocks unlimited interviews, all interview packs, and full feedback features. Rehearsy Pro is available as monthly and annual subscriptions. Current pricing is displayed in the App Store and Google Play at the time of purchase.

Subscription pricing may change; we will notify you of any price changes before your next billing cycle.

Subscriptions are billed through your Apple App Store or Google Play account. By subscribing, you agree to the following:

• Payment is charged to your App Store or Google Play account at confirmation of purchase.
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
• Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
• You can manage and cancel your subscription in your device's settings (iOS: Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions; Android: Google Play > Subscriptions).
• Any unused portion of a free trial is forfeited when you purchase a subscription.

Refunds are handled by Apple or Google in accordance with their respective refund policies. We do not process refunds directly.

Not Professional Advice. The App provides AI-generated interview practice and feedback for educational and preparation purposes only. The content, feedback, scores, and recommendations generated by the App do not constitute professional career counseling, employment advice, or any guarantee of interview performance or job placement.

AI Limitations. AI-generated content may occasionally be inaccurate, incomplete, or inappropriate. While we strive to provide high-quality interview practice, we do not guarantee the accuracy or reliability of any AI-generated content. You should use your own judgment when applying feedback to real interview situations.

Company References. Interview packs referencing specific companies (e.g., Amazon, Google, Meta, Apple) are designed for preparation purposes based on publicly available information about those companies' interview processes. Rehearsy is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any of these companies.

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
• Interfere with or disrupt the App's infrastructure or other users' access
• Use automated tools, bots, or scripts to access the App
• Circumvent rate limits, usage restrictions, or subscription requirements
• Share your account credentials with others or allow others to use your account
• Use the App to generate content that is harmful, abusive, or violates third-party rights
• Record, redistribute, or commercially exploit AI-generated content from the App

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms.

Our Content. The App, its design, features, interview questions, AI prompts, and all related intellectual property are owned by Mugen Software SIA and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the App without our written permission.

Your Content. You retain ownership of your voice recordings and the content of your interview responses. By using the App, you grant us a limited license to process your content through our AI services solely for the purpose of providing the App's features to you.

Feedback and Transcripts. AI-generated feedback, scores, and transcripts created during your sessions are provided for your personal use. You may reference them for your own interview preparation but may not commercially redistribute them.

Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your information in accordance with the GDPR and other applicable data protection laws. By using the App, you acknowledge our data practices as described in the Privacy Policy.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure, or that any defects will be corrected.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Mugen Software SIA and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of or inability to use the App, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our total liability for any claims arising from or related to these Terms or the App shall not exceed the amount you have paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, or fifty euros (€50), whichever is greater.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Mugen Software SIA and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the App, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.

You may stop using the App and delete your account at any time through Settings > Delete Account. We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time for a justified reason, with notice where practicable.

Upon termination, your right to use the App ceases immediately. Sections 6, 8, 10, 11, 12, 14, and 15 survive termination.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Latvia and applicable European Union law, without regard to conflict of law provisions.

In the event of a dispute, we encourage you to first contact us at support@mugenapps.io to seek an amicable resolution. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it shall be submitted to the competent courts of Riga, Latvia.

EU Online Dispute Resolution. If you are a consumer in the EU, you may also use the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform at https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.

Consumer Rights. Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer under applicable EU or national consumer protection laws. Where mandatory consumer protection laws apply, any provisions of these Terms that conflict with such laws shall not apply to the extent of such conflict.

Entire Agreement. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Mugen Software SIA regarding the App.

Severability. If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

Waiver. Our failure to enforce any provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of that provision.

Assignment. You may not assign or transfer these Terms without our prior written consent. We may assign our rights and obligations without restriction.

Changes to These Terms. We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the revised Terms within the App or by other appropriate means. Your continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
